How to Play Internet Craps in Comparison to Craps at a Casino

The best way to start this is with a simple explanation of how this game is played using a pass line bet. This is how a pass line bet works: you, the player, place your bet on the pass line marked on the table before a new shooter rolls. Always remember if a shooter rolls a 7 or 11 you win, no questions asked, but you can lose if the shooter rolls a 2, 3, or 12. However, if the shooter rolls any other number, that number will become the point number. This means that a shooter has to roll that number again before they roll a seven. If the seven is rolled before the point number, you lose. This is an explanation of how craps is at a solid casino, without all the excitement that usually surrounds a craps table.

When it comes to playing internet craps, the rules are all the same. Except you do not have a gaggle of people being rowdy and insane unlike the games in an actual casino. The best way to remember the way the game runs its course is the simple statement “bet, shooter rolls, win or lose, roll again if there is a pointer number. There are many ways to bet though besides the pass line bet and this is the same for a solid casino. This bet is the opposite of the pass line bet, being called the Don’t Pass Line Bet. This bet is won if the roll comes out a 2 or 3 and you lose if the roller gets a 7 or 11. Though upon rolling a 12, the bet then becomes a “Push” and the craps players will then get their money back.

These two versions of craps is ridiculously the same except when you are playing online everything is clicked and not physically touched and it’s not as noisy, that is unless you have about a dozen meowing cats in the same room as your computer. Online craps is a lot easier to play because your decisions for betting are not as spur of the moment as a very fast paced game any where you go can be even with online craps being even faster than the normal table topped version, because you do not have other players trying to influence the way you are betting. One of the biggest things to remember for either online or regular craps, when making bets, stick to a pattern and stay with it.

Though a couple more pointers for online craps and regular craps. For regular craps, you never want to walk up to the table and just throw your money in—observe the action first. A good online pointer is when testing a new strategy; you might want to try it out in the free Craps “Practice Mode” game. So in recommendation playing craps online or in a casino will never differ much between each other except in maybe the strategies of the two games, being some strategies are geared towards online players or vice versa.
